The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thuram swings and misses with a hook to the body.
McCoy blocks a head kick by Thuram.
Thuram throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McCoy.
Thuram looks to land a body kick but McCoy moved away.

McCoy changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Thuram looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
McCoy trying to control the position but Thuram is working away.
The strikes coming from McCoy are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Thuram is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Thuram tries to bench press McCoy off him but McCoy keeps the position.
Thuram is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but McCoy has just dragged him back down to the mat.

McCoy is looking to take a break and control but Thuram is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

McCoy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Thuram avoids it really well and circles away.

Thuram lunges at McCoy with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by McCoy's hand.
Thuram fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt McCoy.

Thuram feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending McCoy crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
