Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raymond Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanton Christy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Christy is fending him off so far but Lee persists. Nope, Christy circles away and we're back to standing.

Christy scores a takedown into full mount!
Christy thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Christy throwing strikes here but Lee is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Christy can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lee is looking to escape.
Christy unloads with some shots from mount but Lee bucks and avoids them well.
Poor strikes thrown by Christy there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Christy gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Christy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Christy trying to control the action but Lee is working from the bottom.

Christy misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Lee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Christy on the ground.
Christy looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Lee is avoiding damage well.

Christy is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Lee knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Christy remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Christy wants to pass to mount but Lee is defending the position.
Christy trying to control from half guard but Lee is working away.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Christy in particular looking to stall.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Lee pushes Christy off looking to stand but Christy dives back in and keeps control.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Christy connects with a nice short shot to Lee's temple.
Christy is keen to just control but Lee is a slippery customer.

Lee is defending against the submission attempts here by Christy.
Lee is trying to maintain the position but Christy is very close to passing his half guard.
Christy not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Christy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lee is just riding it out for now. Christy eventually gives up the hold.

Christy looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Lee trying to hold on to Christy's head to control him but Christy postures up.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Christy throws a series of punches but Lee moves out of range.
Christy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Lee decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Christy's guard.
Lee wants to pass the guard but Christy is keeping the position.

Christy tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Christy pulls Lee in close to prevent any damage.
Christy should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Christy is working an open guard so Lee takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Christy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Christy counters with a straight right hand.

Christy closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Lee quickly recovers to half guard.

Christy seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Lee is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
