The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oberream catches Cazares with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Cazares shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Oberream sprawls well. Oberream wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cazares gets slowly back to his feet.
Oberream swings for the body but Cazares moves out of range.
Cazares tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Oberream swivels and escapes.
Cazares shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Oberream but Oberream pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dino Cazares. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Horrible takedown by Cazares or perhaps it was just good defense by Oberream which made him look bad.

Oberream throws a body punch but Cazares moves out of range.
Cazares closes the distance and clinches up with Oberream, looking for a takedown. Cazares pushes Oberream against the cage but Oberream circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
