The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
von Konkelberries fails with a takedown attempt.
Sleuth throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sleuth tries to clinch up
and von Konkelberries counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
von Konkelberries lands with an uppercut that bounces Sleuth off the cage and back into rage.
Sleuth is on the wrong end of a nice combination from von Konkelberries.
von Konkelberries throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Slider Sleuth has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
von Konkelberries scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Sleuth tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but von Konkelberries swivels and escapes.
von Konkelberries swats away the attempt to clinch by Sleuth.

von Konkelberries is trying to drag Sleuth to the mat but Sleuth just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Slider Sleuth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul von Konkelberries.

von Konkelberries drops down looking for an ankle pick but Sleuth pulls his leg out and moves away.
Sleuth throws a series of punches but von Konkelberries moves out of range.
Sleuth wants to clinch.

von Konkelberries moves into range and connects with a jab.
Horrible takedown by Sleuth or perhaps it was just good defense by von Konkelberries which made him look bad.
von Konkelberries throws a combination. Sleuth tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
von Konkelberries cracks Sleuth with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
von Konkelberries jabs Sleuth to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Sleuth is breathing heavily.
Sleuth changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. von Konkelberries tries to avoid it but Sleuth manages to keep hold of a leg and drag von Konkelberries to the ground. von Konkelberries escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Sleuth walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
von Konkelberries stalks Sleuth and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sleuth's face. Sleuth staggers backwards, shaken.

von Konkelberries cracks Sleuth with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Sleuth looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can von Konkelberries finish him?

Sleuth is rocked!
von Konkelberries batters Sleuth with a massive right followed by a huge left! Sleuth is out on his feet looking like a zombie as von Konkelberries lands a final crushing right hand to drop Sleuth to the mat with a gruesome thud! von Konkelberries is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
