Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vaughn Hammersmith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ty Ruud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hammersmith comes to the cage accompanied by Kanye West - It's Amazing. Ruud has chosen Peter Gabriel: Sledgehammer as his entrance music. Ty Ruud has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Vaughn Hammersmith's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Ruud is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Hammersmith lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ruud circles away quickly and effectively.
