Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brent Robertson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Agid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Robertson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Agid drops back looking for a leg! Robertson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Robertson manages to kick Agid off! Agid jumps back into Robertson's guard.
Robertson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Agid trying to control but Robertson is working from the bottom.
Agid stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Robertson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Robertson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Agid is aware though and is defending well.
Agid tries to free his leg and advance position but Robertson is retaining full guard.

Robertson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Agid thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Agid wants to control from the top but Robertson keeps moving.
Robertson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Agid wants to get back to full guard.
Robertson is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Agid looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
It looks like Robertson is going to stand back up.
Robertson is breathing heavily.
Agid is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Robertson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Robertson's back!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Robertson defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Agid's arms.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Agid is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Robertson defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Agid has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Robertson! Can he survive? No! He's out! Agid gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
