Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Troll Skog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Masaru Hirai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hirai has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hirai avoids the body shot from Skog.
Skog swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A decent looking cross lands there for Skog.
Hirai looks gassed!
Hirai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hirai throws a left and a right that both miss

and Hirai is countered with a crisp right hand from Skog that sends him to the canvas! Skog follows him to the mat into side control.

Hirai is rocked!

It looks like Masaru Hirai has been cut.
Skog controls the position.
Hirai prevents Skog from improving position.

Skog stands up.
Skog fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Hirai to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Hirai looks to clinch but Skog throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Hirai taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
