Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joseph Quigley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petteri Pyykkonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Petteri Pyykkonen was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Petteri Pyykkonen!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quigley throws out a loose jab but Pyykkonen uses good head movement to avoid it.
Quigley waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Pyykkonen.
Pyykkonen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Quigley sprawls well. Quigley wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Pyykkonen gets slowly back to his feet.
Quigley lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Pyykkonen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Quigley swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Joseph Quigley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Quigley cracks Pyykkonen with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Pyykkonen tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Quigley pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Pyykkonen is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joseph Quigley!
