Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pork Chop!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, George Lentz!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chop is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Chop waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Lentz.

Lentz looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Chop scores with a body shot.
Chop misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lentz.
Chop fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

The fight stays on the outside here - Chop looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pork Chop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chop looks to throw the jab but Lentz is out of range.
Chop thows a body shot but no joy.
Lentz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lentz fails with a takedown attempt.

Lentz shoots in and bounces Chop off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Lentz thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Lentz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chop swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lentz advances to half guard.

Lentz is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Chop doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lentz.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chop trying to hold on to Lentz's head to control him but Lentz postures up.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Lentz has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Chop defend it? Lentz steps over the head and cranks it - Chop is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lentz!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). George Lentz!
