Martinez comes to the cage accompanied by ACDC - Are You Ready? . Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Kavanagh and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoiles misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hoiles throws a low kick but Martinez moves out of range easily.
Hoiles throws a right and a left that Martinez avoids nicely.
Hoiles throws out a loose jab but Martinez uses good head movement to avoid it.
Martinez avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Martinez throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hoiles was covering up waiting for the punch and Martinez finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hoiles can do anything to dispel that myth.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Martinez has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hoilesis looking to pass into half guard but Martinez pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Martinez is in guard.

Martinez postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Hoiles badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Martinez around the waist but Martinez pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Martinez is the winner by TKO! Martinez jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
