The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farrell lands a big head kick that sends McCarther tumbling to the mat! Farrell takes a step backwards and waves McCarther back to his feet - he wants the finish!
McCarther is rocked!
It looks like John McCarther has been cut.
Farrell throws a sloppy head kick and McCarther moves out of range easily.
McCarther is still on wobbly legs! Can Farrell finish him?

and Farrell moves into the clinch.
Farrell comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
McCarther is pressed against the cage. Farrell pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts McCarther! Two more big strikes from Farrell and McCarther crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!
