PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Saletisti Natsaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sue Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Natsaa comes to the ring accompanied by Tech N9ne - Stress Relief. Jackson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Johnny Cash - Boy Named Sue. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sue Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Natsaa defending well as Jackson loads up on a big left hand.
Natsaa tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Jackson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jackson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jackson throws a big shot that misses.
Natsaa throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jackson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Natsaa lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Natsaa throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Jackson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Natsaa looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Natsaa lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Natsaa tries to clinch up.
Jackson moves away from the strike by Natsaa.

Natsaa staying out of range there.
Jackson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Jackson looks to score with a jab to the body but Natsaa is just out of range.
Natsaa misses with a jab to the body
and Jackson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Natsaa is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Natsaa misses with a straight left.
Natsaa lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Jackson tries to work over Natsaa's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
With the fighters up against the ropes, Natsaa throws an elbow but misses.

Natsaa's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jackson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Natsaa was well out of range. Poor timing from Jackson.
The fighters circling - Natsaa throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A slow jab from Jackson misses its intended target.
Natsaa tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jackson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Natsaa counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jackson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Natsaa.
Jackson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Natsaa sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Jackson ducks under a wild hook from Natsaa.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Natsaa throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A low kick from Natsaa is predictable there
and Jackson counters with a left to the body.
A big left from Jackson misses.
A telegraphed right hand from Jackson misses the target.
Jackson throws a hook but Natsaa blocks it.

Natsaa gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jackson.
Jackson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Natsaa.
Natsaa wants to clinch.
Natsaa lands a jab to the head.
Jackson misses with a jab to the body
and Natsaa counters with a nice uppercut.
Jackson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Natsaa takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Jackson lands with a right hand.
Natsaa scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jackson doesn't seem bothered though.
Natsaa moves away from the strike by Jackson.
Jackson misses the jab.
Jackson misses with a body shot.
Jackson lands a right hook to the body.
Jackson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Natsaa on the wrong end of a nice hook.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sue Jackson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

and Natsaa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Natsaa misses with a hook. Jackson ducked under it nicely.
Natsaa ducks under a wild hook from Jackson.
Natsaa doesn't manage to clinch there - Jackson circles away.
Natsaa throws a jab but it's blocked by Jackson.

Natsaa throws a hook to the side of Jackson's head but Jackson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Decent striking displayed by Natsaa there.
Jackson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Natsaa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jackson.
Natsaa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Jackson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Jackson throws a hook but Natsaa blocks it.
Jackson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jackson throws a big shot that misses.

And that's the end of the fight!
Sue Jackson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Jackson has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
