Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Diesel Kone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ismo Laitela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Diesel Kone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ismo Laitela!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laitela tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kone swivels and escapes.
Laitela misses with a straight left.
Laitela shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kone but Kone pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Laitela shoots in and drives through. Kone sprawls well.
Diesel Kone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ismo Laitela.
Kone connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Laitela shoots in for a takedown but Kone shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Kone jabs at Laitela's body.
Kone ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Laitela moves away.
Kone throws a body punch but Laitela moves out of range.

Laitela displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kone throws out the jab.

Laitela closes the distance and clinches up with Kone, looking for a takedown. Laitela pushes Kone against the cage but Kone circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Diesel Kone is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Laitela shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kone as he jumps to the side.
Kone swings for the body but Laitela moves out of range.
Laitela fails with a takedown attempt.
Laitela shoots in but Kone avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Laitela shoots in for a takedown but Kone shows good takedown defense.
Laitela shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kone defends it nicely.
Ismo Laitela seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kone works the jab nicely.
Laitela shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kone scores with a jab to the body.

Laitela dives in and grabs Kone's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kone pushes down on Laitela's head and hops out.
Laitela looks gassed!
Kone lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Laitela shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kone pinned against the cage. Kone gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Laitela was well out of range. Poor timing from Kone.
Kone wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Kone throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kone dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Laitela takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kone lunges at Laitela with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Laitela's hand.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Laitela closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kone circles away.
Kone thows a left - swing and a miss!
Laitela is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kone.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kone slaps away a takedown attempt from Laitela, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Kone takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Laitela moves forwards but Kone connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Laitela walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Laitela takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Laitela is rocked!
Laitela drops his hands momentarily and Kone takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Laitela is still on wobbly legs! Can Kone finish him?
BOOM! Kone lands a beautiful left hook that drops Laitela. Laitela tries to recover but Kone is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Laitela lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Diesel Kone!
