Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hunter Gutierrez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Voss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Hunter Gutierrez has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gutierrez fails with a takedown attempt.
No luck for Gutierrez with that takedown attempt.
Voss is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Gutierrez throws the kick towards the body but Voss avoids it.

Voss throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Gutierrez tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Voss is in Gutierrez's guard.
Gutierrez can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Voss controls the pace.
Gutierrez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Gutierrez wants to get back to his feet but Voss is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Voss controls from within his opponent's guard.
Gutierrez is breathing heavily.
Let's hope that Voss has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Gutierrez is working an open guard so Voss takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Voss shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Voss is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Gutierrez is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
