Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Foxall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harris has chosen Walk With Me as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tom Foxall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paul Harris!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris with a lazy takedown attempt
and Foxall counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Foxall thows a body shot but no joy.

Harris shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Foxall controlling the position well.
Foxall trying to control from the bottom.
Foxall is doing well to control the position and prevent Harris from advancing to side control.
Foxall is trying to get back to full guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Harris is keen to just control but Foxall is a slippery customer.

Harris is working for a kimura but Foxall is defending it quite comfortably.

Foxall desperately trying to maintain half guard.
Still in half guard, Harris seems content to control.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Harris moves to clinch but Foxall breaks away

and Foxall counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Harris's guard now.

Harris throws his legs up looking for a submission but Foxall uses it to pass to side control.
Foxall in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Harris manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Foxall tries to roll over but Harris keeps him under control.

Harris seems to be looking for submissions.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Harris is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Foxall sees it coming and defends easily.

Harris is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Foxall defends it well.
Foxall makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Foxall.

Foxall bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Harris's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Foxall drops back looking for a leg! Harris is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Harris manages to kick Foxall off! Foxall jumps back into Harris's guard.

Harris is looking for a triangle but Foxall pushes his legs off easily.

Foxall drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Foxall jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Foxall is breathing heavily.

Harris is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Foxall frees his head nicely. Oh but Harris has switched to an armbar! Foxall is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
