The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jodoin swivels and escapes.

Jodoin ducks under a wild hook from Gracie.

Gracie throws an overhand right that lands on Jodoin's shoulder, as Jodoin tries to avoid the shot.
Gracie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jodoin pinned against the cage. Jodoin gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Gracie takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Jodoin jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Gracie manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Gracie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jodoin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gracie has managed to get both his arms back between Jodoin's legs - danger averted.
