Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Faber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacques Fresco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Faber's entrance music is m.o.v.e - around the world. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faber throws a big shot that misses.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Faber enables Fresco to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Faber manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fresco accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Faber stands up and beckons Fresco to his feet.

Fresco feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Fabers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Faber drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

That kick from Fresco tenderised Faber's leg. Faber is trying to keep his angry face on.

Faber misses with a hook. Fresco ducked under it nicely.

Fresco is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Faber can't fight it off and eventually Fresco manages to take the fight to the floor. Faber looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Fresco stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Faber swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fresco shoots in looking for a takedown but Faber manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Fresco's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
