Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rolls Romo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alez Calypse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Romo's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bon Jovi - Wanted Dead Or Alive. Calypse is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Prodigy - Spitfire. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romo slaps away a takedown attempt from Calypse, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Calypse displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Romo throws out the jab.
Romo throws a body punch but Calypse moves out of range.
Calypse slips a jab and a cross from Romo.
Calypse shoots in but no luck this time.
Calypse takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Romo throws a looping overhand right but Calypse ducks down to avoid it.
Calypse shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Romo but Romo pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Romo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Calypse stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Calypse changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Romo tries to avoid it but Calypse manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Romo to the ground. Romo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Calypse looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Romo is fending him off so far but Calypse persists. Nope, Romo circles away and we're back to standing.

Calypse shoots in looking for a takedown. Romo tries to sprawl out of it but Calypse keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Romo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Romo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Calypse moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Calypse tries for a takedown but Romo sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Romo. Calypse does a little dance to reset his feet.

Calypse is trying desperately to land a takedown but Romo is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Calypse.

Calypse drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Calypse tries to stand but can't do so whilst Romo controls his leg.
