Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between nero sabu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kensi Himura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think sabu might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Enemy . Himura comes into a darkened arena with his song building. My time is now kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, nero sabu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kensi Himura!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
sabu fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Himura sprawls well initially but sabu persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
sabu is looking for a kimura but Himura is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for sabu to get the leverage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

sabu might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Himura has his foot on sabu's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. sabu works his way back into a safe position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Himura looks gassed!
sabu drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Himura manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now sabu has Himura in his guard.
Himura controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Himura trying to control the position from guard on top but sabu is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
sabu wants to stand and escape but Himura is having none of it.
Himura engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Himura stops sabu from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Kensi Himura wasn't active enough on the ground.
Himura is looking to clinch.
Himura has sabu up against the cage in a clinch.
Himura goes for a takedown in the clinch but sabu prevents it.
sabu can't get the takedown.
Himura jumps guard but sabu stands there with Himura around his waist. Himura gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Himura has had enough of the clinch but sabu keeps him there for the moment.
sabu wants the takedown. Himura is fighting it off but sabu persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Himura's guard against the cage.
Himura has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but sabu can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Himura working for submissions but it's allowed sabu to get to half guard.
sabu is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
sabu maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Himura could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but sabu has cracked it and Himura is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by sabu!
