Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bo Lundgren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lundgren clinches up with Da Silva and pushes him back against the ropes.
Da Silva is trying to maintain a safe position but Lundgren gets an underhook and turns Da Silva into the ropes.
Lundgren has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Da Silva is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Da Silva could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Da Silva tries to pull guard but Lundgren holds him up against the ropes and eventually Da Silva drops back down to his feet.

Da Silva ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Da Silva no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Da Silva escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lundgren gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well Lundgren has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
