The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sobolev throws a head kick but Ali moves out of range.
Ali pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sobolev throws a head kick that misses
and Ali counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Sobolev is breathing heavily.
Sobolev avoids the head kick by Ali.
Sobolev tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ali rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sobolev moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sobolev on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ali lands a front kick.
Sobolev takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Ali cracks Sobolev with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ali has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Sobolev to stand back up!

It looks like Cosmos Sobolev has been cut.
Ali measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Sobolev! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
