PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Sova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Kafka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sova comes into the arena with Bleed blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kafka ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A punch combination from Kafka misses.
Sova changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kafka tries to avoid it but Sova manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kafka to the ground. Kafka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sova shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sova.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivan Sova. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kafka swats away the attempt to clinch by Sova.
Kafka lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sova at a distance.
Sova is breathing heavily.
Kafka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sova moves away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kafka throws a quick inside leg kick.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Kafka lands a really nice looking cross but Sova seems unphased.

It looks like Ivan Sova has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kafka comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Kafka scores with a shot to the body.
Kafka ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Sova's jaw. Sova's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Kafka does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
