Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chris Zurrpp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Willian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willian dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Willian throws a right and a left that Zurrpp avoids nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Willian. Those never looked like landing.
Zurrpp tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
No luck for Zurrpp with that takedown attempt.
Willian will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Willian wants to stand up but Zurrpp is controlling him.
Willian thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Willian is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Willian tries to bench press Zurrpp off him but Zurrpp keeps the position.

Zurrpp tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Willian smiles and moves away.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Zurrpp takes a kick to the side of the head.
Willian lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zurrpp circles away quickly and effectively.

Willian tries to bum rush Zurrpp with a series of wild strikes but Zurrpp uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Henry Willian seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Willian scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Willian shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Zurrpp eats them both and turns towards Willian to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Zurrpp takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
A nice combination there by Willian.
Willian closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Zurrpp looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Willian takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Willian is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Henry Willian showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Zurrpp drops his hands momentarily and Willian takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Willian rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zurrpp moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nice straight punches there by Willian. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Willian.

Willian connects with a nice cross there... Zurrpp is looking wobbly and Willian recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Zurrpp to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Willian jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
