Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matt Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hatori Kazuma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matt Ryan has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kazuma gets caught flat footed, as Ryan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Ryan wants to pass the guard but Kazuma is keeping the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ryan is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Kazuma wants to stand back up but Ryan manages to pass into side control.

Ryan has hold of Kazuma's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kazuma manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
