The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Starks drives through with a takedown into guard.

Starks is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Stark is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Stark is looking to regain half guard here but Starks keeps moving and retains side control.

Starks tries for a kimura but Stark is defending well.
Starks has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Starks looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Stark is not content to let Starks control the position.
Stark manages to work his way to half guard, despite Starks's best efforts.

Starks is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Stark is surviving well by controlling Starks's body position as best he can.

Stark wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Starks has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Stark's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH!
