The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kimura blocks a jab.
Kimura takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
James lands with a kick to the temple. Kimura shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Masahiko Kimura has been cut.
Masahiko Kimura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
James throws a head kick that misses.
James throws a front kick aimed at Kimura's knee but Kimura avoids it well.
James with a jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
James throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by James.
Kimura looks gassed!
Kimura gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! James points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Kimura wakes up just in time to hear James thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
