The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anathema tries to clinch there but Gagnon circles away.
Anathema avoids the body shot from Gagnon.
Gagnon scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Anathema misses with a body kick.
Anathema has a takedown stuffed.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gagnon. Anathema does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gagnon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Anathema.
Gagnon lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Anathema looks for a takedown but Gagnon sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damon Anathema. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gagnon works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Anathema fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gagnon avoids it really well and circles away.
Anathema tries to clinch but Gagnon is having none of it.
Anathema takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Gagnon Throws a clean left jab. Gagnon Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Anathema's chin! Anathema crumbles to the ground and Gagnon follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Gagnon!
