The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glotka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Emelianenko displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Glotka throws out the jab.

Glotka is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Emelianenko.

The fighters circle momentarily. Emelianenko darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Emelianenko fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Glotka manages to avoid it.

Glotka throws a jab when Emelianenko was well out of range.
Glotka comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Emelianenko takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Glotka lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Emelianenko head around and knocks him out cold! Glotka hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Logen Glotka! Logen Glotka retains his heavyweight title!
