Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Royce Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Izanagi Ippitsusai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ippitsusai doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Gracie has managed to clinch.

Ippitsusai has hold of one of Gracie's legs. Gracie is fighting the takedown attempt but Ippitsusai gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ippitsusai drops back, looking for a kneebar! Gracie looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Gracie looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Gracie!
Gracie trying to control the position but Ippitsusai is working away.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Ippitsusai is looking to regain half guard here but Gracie keeps moving and retains side control.

Gracie regains full guard. Nicely done.

Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ippitsusai gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ippitsusai is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Gracie is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Gracie has escaped and now he's on top!
Gracie working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Gracie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ippitsusai has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gracie has managed to get both his arms back between Ippitsusai's legs - danger averted.

Gracie drops back looking for a leg! Ippitsusai is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ippitsusai manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into Ippitsusai's guard.
Gracie is breathing heavily.

Ippitsusai is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Gracie missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Ippitsusai looking for a guillotine here but Gracie defends easily.

Ippitsusai escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gracie gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ippitsusai is looking for a triangle but Gracie pushes his legs off easily.
Gracie in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Gracie is really struggling to control Ippitsusai but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Gracie will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Ippitsusai has his foot on Gracie's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gracie works his way back into a safe position though.

Ippitsusai escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gracie gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ippitsusai is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Gracie stands up from Ippitsusai's guard - Gracie perhaps looking for a knockout.
Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Ippitsusai sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Izanagi Ippitsusai dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Gracie tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ippitsusai manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Gracie is trying to get an arm triangle but Ippitsusai is defending well.
Ippitsusai is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Gracie off and has taken his back!

Ippitsusai has managed to slip his arm under Gracie's chin. This could be all over... yep, Gracie is tapping out! Submission win for Ippitsusai.
