The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graham shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Crack Atoa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Graham.
Atoa connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Graham tries to clinch up.

Graham shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Atoa pinned against the cage. Atoa gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Graham shoots in looking for a takedown. Atoa tries to sprawl out of it but Graham keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Atoa manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Atoa really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Atoa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Graham on the ground.
Atoa wants to get back to his feet but Graham is dominant here and he's now got Atoa's back!

Atoa is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Graham gets his way!
