The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cousteau steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mitzucuik.
Cousteau blocks a jab.
Mitzucuik throws a hook but Cousteau avoids it easily.
Cousteau lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Mitzucuik at a distance.
Cousteau takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Mitzucuik works the jab nicely.
It looks like Jaques Cousteau has been cut.
Cousteau staying out of range there.
Mitzucuik digs a good hook to Cousteau's body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mitzucuik tries to bum rush Cousteau with a series of wild strikes but Cousteau uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Cousteau throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mitzucuik's waist but Mitzucuik gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cousteau off to one side.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Cousteau.
Mitzucuik scores with a jab to the jaw.
Cousteau looks gassed!
Mitzucuik's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Mitzucuik duly obliges.
Mitzucuik drops Cousteau with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cousteau looks back up at him and smiles so Mitzucuik waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Cousteau is rocked!
Mitzucuik scores with a jab to the body.
Cousteau is still on wobbly legs! Can Mitzucuik finish him?
Are you kidding me?! Mitzucuik ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Cousteau clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
