Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jake Tyler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Michael Lee!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler misses with a head kick.
Nice takedown defense from Tyler. No joy for Lee on that attempt.
Lee changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tyler tries to avoid it but Lee manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tyler to the ground. Tyler escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A head kick misses from Tyler.
Tyler misses with a body kick.
Tyler tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lee closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Tyler quickly recovers to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tyler is breathing heavily.
Lee not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Lee is looking to advance position but Tyler won't allow it.

Lee thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Lee throwing shots but Tyler is blocking nicely.
Lee thows a huge punch but Tyler dodges it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lee missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Lee looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tyler with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Lee wants to free his trapped foot but Tyler is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Lee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tyler is just riding it out for now. Lee eventually gives up the hold.

Lee frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
The referee warns Tyler that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
It looks like Jake Tyler has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jake Tyler's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
