The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jitus shoots in looking for a takedown but McTeague manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jitus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

McTeague breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McTeague is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Jitus had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Jitus tries to clinch up but McTeague pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Jitus to the mat! Jitus covers up and McTeague unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
