Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Kongo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Exu Mor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mor misses the shot to the body.
Mor throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kongo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mor but Mor pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mor lands a slapping body shot.
Kongo drops his hands momentarily and Mor takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Mor swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kongo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kongo shoots in for a takedown but Mor shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Mor slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Mor bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kongo's head.

Mor bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Mor drops Kongo with a beautiful combination! Kongo stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mor is looking for the KO!
Mor takes a swing at Kongo's ribcage but misses.
Mor scores with a hook to the body. Kongo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Exu Mor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kongo is breathing heavily.
Mor misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kongo.
Kongo on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Kongo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Mor thuds his right hand into Kongo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Mor is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Kongo rather than just go for the knockout.
Kongo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mor.
Kongo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mor pinned against the cage. Mor gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mor swings for the body but Kongo moves out of range.
Mor sizes up Kongo with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Mor throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mor ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Kongo on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mor scores with a jab. Kongo acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Mor uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kongo has time to react.
Mor lands with a good body shot.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Mor digs a good hook to Kongo's body.
Mor swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Exu Mor dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Mor misses with a few strikes there.
Mor lands with a nice body punch.
Kongo looks for a takedown but Mor sprawls well.
Mor throws out a powerful jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A nice combination there by Mor.
Kongo takes one to the side of the head.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Kongo takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Mor throws a body punch but Kongo moves out of range.
Mor lands a slapping body shot.
Mor lands a nice hook to Kongo's body. Kongo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kongo takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Exu Mor seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Mor misses with a wild body shot.
Mor throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kongo takes a body punch but keeps moving.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kongo is rocked!
Mor walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Kongo drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Mor swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Kongo's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
