The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Molina connects with a body shot that sends Jurgel's belly button to the back.
Jurgel throws a lazy right hand but Molina sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Molina lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Molina lands a nice looking body shot.
Jurgel defending well as Molina loads up on a big left hand.
Molina tests Jurgel's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Molina connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jurgel momentarily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Molina with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Jurgel shoots for a double leg takedown but Molina sprawls well. He's pushed Jurgel's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Molina steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jurgel.
Molina goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jurgel shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Molina as he jumps to the side.
Molina lands a left and a right that send Jurgel crashing to the mat, dazed. Molina thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Jurgel is rocked!
Molina fakes the body blow, causing Jurgel to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Jurgel goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Drew Molina!
