Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cosmo Kruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lasse Willemoes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Willemoes has chosen Rage Against The Machine- Bomb Track as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruger throws a looping overhand right but Willemoes ducks down to avoid it.
Willemoes ducks under a wild hook from Kruger.
Willemoes will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Willemoes throws a hook to the side of Kruger's head but Kruger sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Willemoes fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kruger sprawls well initially but Willemoes persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Willemoes is on top in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Willemoes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kruger's guard.
Kruger wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Willemoes uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kruger has time to react.
It looks like Cosmo Kruger has been cut.
Kruger fails with the takedown
enabling Willemoes to counter with a crisp jab.
Willemoes thuds a left hand into Kruger's body.
Willemoes throws a right and a left that Kruger avoids nicely.
Kruger throws a body punch but Willemoes moves out of range.
Willemoes shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Willemoes has control of Kruger's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Kruger regains control of the situation pretty easily.

BOOM! Willemoes connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Willemoes cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Kruger takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Willemoes's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
