Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bas Rutten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rutten comes to the cage accompanied by El Guapo Likes to Dance. Hulk Hogan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bas Rutten!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Hulk Hogan!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutten feints and then cracks Hogan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hogan down.
Rutten moves away from the strike by Hogan.
Hogan looks to score with a jab to the body but Rutten is just out of range.
Hogan takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Rutten blocks a low kick nicely.
Rutten misses with a kick to the body.
Hogan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Rutten manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rutten misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hogan.
Hogan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rutten moves away.
Hogan throws a sloppy body shot
and Hogan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Hulk Hogan has been cut.
Hogan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rutten but Rutten pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Rutten lands a left and a right that send Hogan crashing to the mat, dazed. Rutten thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rutten lands a brutal head kick. Hogan looks out on his feet and Rutten throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Bas Rutten!
