PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Moss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kennedy Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moss comes into the arena with Foo Fighters - Best of You blaring out of the sound system. Michaels is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Folsom Prison Blues cover by Everlast. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Randy Moss!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kennedy Michaels!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moss throws a lazy head kick

so Michaels counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Moss looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Michaels wanted to stand there but Moss had control of the position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Moss with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Michaels to score with a decent uppercut.

Michaels lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.


Jeez, Randy Moss's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
