Gers comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Iron Maiden - The Trooper kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Keith Dropping Bombs has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave Gers!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gers scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Dropping Bombs sneaks back into half guard.
Gers is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Gers's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Gers uses his free foot to push down on Dropping Bombs's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dropping Bombs.
Dropping Bombs is looking to improve his position but Gers isn't that keen on the idea.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Dave Gers hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Dropping Bombs looks to land a combination but Gers avoids it well.

Gers shoots in and bounces Dropping Bombs off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
