Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bushido Sebek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luiz Fernando (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Luiz Fernando was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bushido Sebek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Luiz Fernando!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Daniel Cesar and Luis Engracia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernando shoots for a double leg takedown but Sebek sprawls well. He's pushed Fernando's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sebek sizes up Fernando with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Fernando closes the distance and clinches up with Sebek, looking for a takedown. Fernando pushes Sebek against the cage but Sebek circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fernando fails in his attempt to clinch.

Fernando scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Sebek won't allow Fernando to pass to mount.
Sebek holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Fernando tries to pass the half guard into mount. Sebek knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Fernando content to control rather than advance.
Fernando wants to stand up but Sebek is controlling the position.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Luiz Fernando wasn't active enough on the ground.
Sebek moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Horrible takedown by Fernando or perhaps it was just good defense by Sebek which made him look bad.
Bushido Sebek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luiz Fernando.

Sebek fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Fernando on the side of the head.

Sebek scores with a head kick. Fernando tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Fernando walks forward, straight into a front kick from Sebek.
Sebek throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Fernando's head.
Sebek lands a brutal head kick. Fernando looks out on his feet and Sebek throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
