PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost comes to the cage accompanied by God Save The Queen. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost looks for a takedown but Stevenson sprawls well.
Stevenson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Frost tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stevenson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Stevenson tries a head kick but it misses.
Frost shoots in looking for a takedown. Stevenson tries to sprawl out of it but Frost keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stevenson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Stevenson tries a knee to the head but Frost blocks it.
Stevenson throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Frost blocks it with crossed arms.

Stevenson manages to break the clinch.
Stevenson closes the distance but Frost moves to the side

and Frost holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Frost breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Frost will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Frost shoots for a double leg takedown but Stevenson sprawls well. He's pushed Frost's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Frost moves out of range of the body kick.
Frost throws the kick towards the body but Stevenson avoids it.
Frost shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Frost avoids the head kick by Stevenson.
Frost will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
