The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moskoff bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Novikov tries a head kick but it misses.

Moskoff shoots in looking for a takedown. Novikov tries to sprawl out of it but Moskoff keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Novikov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Novikov postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Moskoff looks a forlorn figure.

Novikov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Moskoff can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Novikov is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Moskoff has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Moskoff!
