The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Lamb, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gracie connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lamb. Lamb circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Lamb!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Gracie.

Oooooh!!! Lamb has knocked Gracie down with a huge combo! Lamb steps away and waves a wobbly Gracie back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lamb digs a right hand into Gracie's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Gracie's gas tank.

Lamb has Gracie pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Lamb pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Gracie tumbling to the mat - Lamb dives into Gracie's guard.
Lamb is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Lamb drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gracie manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lamb has Gracie in his guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Gracie tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lamb paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Gracie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Gracie is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Lamb swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Gracie counters with a huge left! Lamb is in big trouble! He's backing up but Gracie isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Lamb from any more damage. A dominating finish by Gracie!
