Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Machinator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Mon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machinator's entrance music is Linkin Park- One Step Closer. A fine choice. Joey Mon is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ryan Machinator!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joey Mon!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mon tries to clinch but Machinator is having none of it.
Machinator tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Mon counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Mon.
Machinator is looking to stand back up but Mon counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Machinator.

Mon wants to stand up but Machinator has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Machinator is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Mon's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Mon's back!
Machinator is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Mon up.
Mon has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Machinator.

Mon is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Machinator gets his way!
Machinator has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Machinator.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Machinator is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Machinator gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Machinator gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Machinator apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Mon closes the distance looking to clinch
and Machinator counters with a head kick. That will keep Mon thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Mon has closed the distance and engaged Machinator in a clinch.

Machinator pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Machinator misses with a takedown attempt
and Mon counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Machinator thinking.
Machinator wants to clinch but Mon slips to the side
and Machinator takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Ryan Machinator has been cut.

letting Mon counter with a right hand.
Machinator is breathing heavily.
Mon lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Machinator is rocked!

Mon looks to score with a jab to the body but Machinator is just out of range.

Mon feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Machinator sprawling to the canvas! Machinator rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mon finish him?!
Oh Machinator is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Machinator drops his hands momentarily. Mon doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Machinator staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Machinator doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
