Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Greg Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sub Zero!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Sano and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zero shoots in looking for a takedown but Jackson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Zero's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Sub Zero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Zero enables Jackson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Zero manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jackson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zero on the ground.

Zero is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Jackson is defending well though. Zero let's go of the attempt for now.
