Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Erik Lehnsherr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lehnsherr comes to the cage accompanied by PURE EVIL!. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Chuck Couture enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture walks into a jab.

enabling Lehnsherr to counter with a crisp jab.
Couture looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Lehnsherr gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chuck Couture has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Lehnsherr lands a glancing blow to the side of Couture's head.

It looks like Chuck Couture has been cut.
Couture shoots in looking for a takedown. Lehnsherr tries to sprawl out of it but Couture keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lehnsherr manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lehnsherr instigates a clinch.

Couture bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Couture postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Lehnsherr on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lehnsherr tries to get out of the position.

Lehnsherr knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Couture on the ground.

Couture goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Lehnsherr rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Couture's guard! Nice work there by Lehnsherr!

Couture has his foot on Lehnsherr's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lehnsherr works his way back into a safe position though.

Couture shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lehnsherr as he jumps to the side.
Erik Lehnsherr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chuck Couture.

Lehnsherr closes the distance and pushes Couture back into the cage.

Still in the clinch, Lehnsherr scores with a nice short uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Lehnsherr escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Couture shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lehnsherr as he avoids it easily.
Chuck Couture seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Lehnsherr cracks Couture with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Couture looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Lehnsherr finish him?

Oooooh!!! Lehnsherr has knocked Couture down with a huge combo! Lehnsherr steps away and waves a wobbly Couture back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Couture is rocked!

Lehnsherr moves into the clinch successfully.
Couture is still on wobbly legs! Can Lehnsherr finish him?

Couture seems to have recovered his senses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lehnsherr's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lehnsherr walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Couture drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Lehnsherr swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Couture's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
