The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bomb throws a nice head kick!


It looks like Ken Rodgers has been cut.

Rodgers avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bomb gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Rodgers throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bomb tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rodgers is in Bomb's guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bomb can do anything to dispel that myth.

Bomb uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rodgers.

Rodgers is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Bomb fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rodgers has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
