Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vitor Almeida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rya Koc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Thiago Cunha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almeida misses with a body punch
and Almeida takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Nice sprawl there from Almeida as Koc shoots in.
Koc tries to score a power double leg takedown but Almeida sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Koc somewhat.

Almeida connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Koc's hands.

Koc takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Almeida cracks Koc with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Koc tries to move into range but Almeida moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

and Almeida counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Almeida fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Koc looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Vitor Almeida seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Almeida dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Almeida scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Almeida turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Koc off and cradles Almeida's limp body as Koc celebrates with his corner.
