The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Donk could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Andrews swats away the attempt to clinch by Donk.

Andrews looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Donk looking to hit a scissor sweep but Andrews is one step ahead there.
Donk is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Donk doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Donk is looking to stand up but Andrews isn't so interested in that idea.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Donk has his foot on Andrews's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Andrews works his way back into a safe position though.
Andrews stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Donk swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Andrews advances position into side control!

Andrews looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Andrews lands a nice forearm strike.
Andrews trying to control the action but Donk is working from the bottom.
Andrews looks up at the clock and then as Donk takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Andrews smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Donk is rocked!

Andrews has hold of Donk's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Donk tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Andrews cranks the arm and Donk screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Donk, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
