The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kantos tries a head kick but it misses.
Kantos scores with a sloppy right hand. Gergeo should have avoided that one.
Gergeo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gergeo throws a lazy head kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Kantos misses with a low kick as Gergeo jumps back.
Gergeo looks to clinch
and Kantos counters with a good low kick that Gergeo was not able to check.
Kantos lands with a thumping leg kick.
Kantos dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kantos moves out of range of the body kick from Gergeo.
Kantos throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gergeo takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Kantos keeps Gergeo at a distance using the push kick.
Gergeo is breathing heavily.
Kantos walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Gergeo drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Kantos swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Gergeo's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
